Accidentally you are in a madhouse where nobody believes you or lets you free. The doctor said that only lobotomy could help you which has to be done in an hour. Because of your indignation and stubbornness you are considered completely insane and a strait jacket is put on. You have got an hour to escape otherwise you'll stay in the madhouse for years.
